Like a pearl, leaders are not born, they are cultivated with an intricate balance of pressure, stringent conditions and time for development.
 
Linda Pearl Fils-Aime, founder of A Lady Named Pearl, LLC, is a seasoned fashion/print model, speaker, performing artist and university professor. 

She cultivates leaders also known as “pearls” through A Lady Named Pearl Modeling & Leadership Academy, PEARL, the magazine, her music and speaking engagements. 

Pearl focuses on providing products and services centered around beauty, leadership, and empowerment, with an aim to positively transform the self-image of girls and women.
Since August 2011, Pearl Fils-Aime has served as an adjunct professor at Clark Atlanta University teaching Leadership and Professional Development in the School of Business.

In 2012, Pearl released a full length album entitled “Transformation”.

In 2013, Pearl won the crown for World Top Natural Hair Model, and served as an ambassador for natural hair, and the face for international campaigns for Taliah Waajid Natural Hair Care products.

In 2014, Pearl was named one of “Atlanta’s Hottest Celebrities” by Creative Loafing.

In 2015, Pearl released KINK, a natural hair docuseries produced by A Lady Named Pearl, LLC and created PEARL Magazine.

In 2016, Pearl was featured in the Atlanta Tribune Young Executives as “One To Watch”.

2010 to Current – Pearl has raised thousands of dollars for Haiti through her annual benefit entitled “Pearl Holiday Haiti Benefit.”
