Misty Copeland
Misty Copeland was the first African American performer dancer to be appointed principal dancer for American Ballet Theatre. Misty was an soloist for years and she performed in the Nutcracker and Firebird and many more. Cindy Bradley trained Misty and saw she was a prodigy. Copeland moved in with Bradley and begin to do live performances, one of her performances was with a charity event for Angela Bassett. Misty performance for Angela Bassett and Debbie Allen opened up more doors for her. Remy Ma Diss Track Shether
Remy Ma- Shether |
We hope you all have caught wind of the beef between Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj? If you haven't we at A Lady Named Pearl, LLC will fill you in on all the tea and shade...
A while back many thought Remy Ma was taking shots at Nicki Minaj in a remix titled "Wait a Minute". Remy then did an interview on the Breakfast Club denying throwing any shade to Nicki. During the interview, Remy said s if she had a problem with anyone she would have no problem directly saying their name.
Days ago track "Make Love" by Gucci Mane ft Nicki Minaj was released in which Nicki addressed a particular person but did not stay their direct name. In the song Nicki says " I don't see her, B***h i'm the greatest, no Kendrick and no Sia, I'm the iPhone, you the Nokia, Everybody know you jealous, b***h its clear..."
Now Remy caught wind of the shade and definitely wasted no time clapping back. Saturday Remy Ma released "Shether" which has all of social media talking. Remy Ma went on for seven minutes making it clear that Nicki should not have came for her. "I'm jealous? B***h, you was happy when they took me, Best thing that ever happened to you was when they booked me. You said you never f**ked Wayne, How stupid I look B? Get the picture, I'll expose you, I'm kind of a bully".
Now it's clear that Remy definitely came all the way through by defending her title and position as a female rapper. Soon after Remy released her track Nicki Minaj posted the stats of Fat Joe's & Remy song "All the Way up" with the caption yikes because the song didn't chart as high as a popular Nicki Minaj song the track "All the Way up charted #25 on the Hot 100 list.
We all are curious to see how Nicki will come back at Remy and defend her crown. We will be waiting to see how this continues to plays out.
